Cancellation Policy
In accordance with Israel's Consumer Protection Law (1981), and as part of our commitment to fair and transparent service, the following outlines the cancellation and return policy of Block 26 (hereinafter: "the Seller").
Right to Cancel
A customer who made a purchase on the site and has changed their mind may, in accordance with Israel's Consumer Protection Law (1981), cancel the transaction within 14 days of receiving the item — with no obligation to provide a reason.
Customers with disabilities, senior citizens, or new immigrants are entitled to cancel a transaction within 4 months of receiving the item, provided they indicate this at the time of their request. The Seller may request appropriate documentation as permitted by law.
Cancellation Fee
In cases of cancellation due to non-delivery on time, a defect, a material discrepancy between the product and its description, or any other breach entitling the customer to cancel under law — no cancellation fee will be charged, and return shipping costs will be covered by the Seller.
In cases of cancellation not due to a defect or discrepancy, the Seller may charge a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction value or ₪100 — whichever is lower.
Return Conditions
To exercise the right of cancellation, the customer must return the item in its original packaging, intact, undamaged, and in a condition that allows it to be resold. The item must show no signs of use. In addition, any labels, identification markings, accessories, or documents supplied with the item must be returned along with it. To process the cancellation request, proof of purchase must be provided — including an invoice, receipt, or order confirmation. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the cancellation is due to a product defect.
Non-Cancellable Items
Purchases of items made to order according to personal specifications cannot be cancelled — such as jewelry with personal engraving, special sizing ordered upon request, special chain or bracelet lengths, special materials ordered separately, or unique designs made at the customer's request. These items are excluded from the right of cancellation in accordance with Section 14c(d) of the Consumer Protection Law. This exclusion does not apply to items received in a defective condition or that do not match the order placed. Items that have been used or whose condition has deteriorated after delivery to the customer may also not be returned, unless a product defect is found.
Special Orders — Import from Japan
Block 26 products are imported from Japan. Items not immediately available in stock are imported from Japan specifically for the customer — delivery times for such items may range from 4 to 8 weeks. By completing a purchase, the customer expressly agrees to these waiting times.
In exceptional cases where it is not possible to import or supply an ordered product — due to unavailability at the supplier in Japan, discontinuation, customs delays, or any other reason beyond the Seller's control — the Seller reserves the right to cancel the order. In such cases, the customer will receive a full refund of any amount paid and shall have no further claim against the Seller beyond that refund, subject to applicable law.

Refund Processing
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, the refund will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method. Partial cancellations — such as returning one item from a multi-item order — will be refunded proportionally.
