מדיניות משלוחים
להלן פרטי אפשרויות המשלוח והאספקה של חנות בלוק 26. לכל שאלה — אנחנו כאן.
משלוח רגיל
משלוח לכל הארץ באמצעות חברת שליחויות. זמן אספקה: עד 5 ימי עסקים ממועד אישור ההזמנה. עלות המשלוח היא 30 ₪. הזמנות בסכום של 500 ₪ ומעלה — משלוח חינם. ימי עסקים הם ימים א'–ה', לא כולל שישי, שבת, ערבי חג וימי חג.
משלוח אקספרס
משלוח אקספרס זמין בתיאום טלפוני מראש בלבד. עלות האקספרס משתנה בהתאם לאזור המשלוח ותיקבע בעת התיאום. האקספרס כפוף לזמינות השליח — לא בכל אזור ניתן להבטיח אקספרס. לתיאום: וואטסאפ 050-226-9004.
איסוף עצמי מהחנות
ניתן לאסוף את ההזמנה ישירות מהחנות ללא תשלום:

שישי וערבי חג: 10:00–14:30
שבת וחגים: סגור
אזורים מרוחקים ומצבי חירום
אספקת המוצרים לכל הארץ, בכפוף לזמינות חברת השליחויות באזור המבוקש. באזורים מרוחקים, מוגבלי גישה, או בתקופות חירום ביטחוני — זמני האספקה עשויים להתארך או שהמשלוח יבוטל. משלוח לאילת ולאזורים מיוחדים בתיאום מראש בלבד. במקרה של ביטול משלוח יוצע ללקוח איסוף עצמי או החזר כספי מלא.
הזמנות מיוחדות — יבוא מיפן
פריטים שאינם זמינים במלאי מיידי מיובאים במיוחד מיפן. זמן האספקה עבור הזמנות אלו הוא 4–8 שבועות ממועד אישור ההזמנה. נציג החברה יעדכן את הלקוח בזמני האספקה לאחר ביצוע ההזמנה.
תיקונים
אנו מציעים שירות תיקון לתכשיטים שנרכשו בחנות בלוק 26:
תיקון בישראל — ככל שניתן, התיקון מבוצע מקומית. זמן הטיפול משתנה בהתאם לפריט.
תיקון בחו"ל — פריטים הדורשים טיפול ישיר מהיצרן בחו"ל נשלחים בהתאם. זמן טיפול: עד 8 שבועות.

אנו מציעים משלוחים למדינות נבחרות ברחבי העולם.
הזמנה מחו"ל — איך זה עובד?
בחרו מוצר באתר ובצעו הזמנה.
זמן הכנה — פריטים הקיימים במלאי נשלחים לאחר אישור ההזמנה. פריטים שאינם במלאי מיובאים מיפן במיוחד עבור הלקוח — זמן האספקה טרם המשלוח הינו 4–8 שבועות.
שילוח בינלאומי — זמן השילוח המשוער הינו 7–21 ימי עסקים ממועד המשלוח, בהתאם למדינת היעד ולחברת השילוח.
מכס, מיסים ואגרות — כל מס, מכס, מע"מ מקומי, אגרה או תשלום אחר במדינת היעד יחולו על הלקוח בלבד, אלא אם צוין אחרת.
זמני אספקה — כל זמני האספקה הינם הערכה בלבד ואינם מהווים התחייבות למועד מסירה מדויק.
ביטול הזמנה — החברה שומרת לעצמה את הזכות לבטל הזמנה במקרים בהם השילוח למדינת היעד אינו אפשרי מסיבות תפעוליות, רגולטוריות, ביטחוניות או אחרות שאינן בשליטת החברה. במקרה כזה יוחזר ללקוח מלוא הסכום ששולם, בכפוף להוראות הדין החל.

קיבלתם פריט פגום או שגוי? צרו קשר מיידית ונפתור את הבעיה ללא כל עלות. עלות המשלוח החוזר תחול על החברה במקרה של פגם או אי-התאמה.

Shipping Policy
Below are the shipping and delivery options for Block 26. For any questions — we're here to help.
Standard Shipping
Nationwide delivery via courier within up to 5 business days from order confirmation. Shipping cost: ₪30. Orders of ₪500 and above — free shipping. Business days are Sunday–Thursday, excluding Friday, Saturday, holiday eves, and public holidays.
Express Shipping
Express delivery is available by prior phone arrangement only. The cost of express delivery varies depending on the delivery area and will be confirmed at the time of arrangement. In-Store Pickup
Orders may be collected directly from the store at no charge:

Remote Areas & Emergency Situations
We deliver nationwide, subject to courier availability in the requested area. In remote, restricted-access areas, or during security emergencies — delivery times may be extended or shipment may be cancelled. Delivery to Eilat and special areas is by prior arrangement only. In the event of a cancelled shipment, the customer will be offered in-store pickup or a full refund.
Special Orders — Import from Japan
Items not immediately available in stock are imported specifically from Japan. Delivery time for such orders is 4–8 weeks from order confirmation. A company representative will update the customer on delivery timeframes following the order.
Repairs
We offer a repair service for jewellery purchased at Block 26:
Local repair — where possible, repairs are carried out in Israel. Processing time varies depending on the item.
Repair abroad — items requiring direct manufacturer attention abroad will be sent accordingly. Processing time: up to 8 weeks.

We offer shipping to selected countries worldwide.
Ordering from Abroad — How It Works
Choose a product on the site and place your order.
Preparation time — Items in stock are dispatched after order confirmation. Items not currently in stock are specially imported from Japan for the customer — preparation time prior to shipping is 4–8 weeks.
International shipping — Estimated shipping time is 7–21 business days from dispatch, depending on the destination country and shipping carrier.
Customs, taxes & fees — Any tax, customs duty, local VAT, fee, or other charge at the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated.
Delivery times — All delivery times are estimates only and do not constitute a commitment to an exact delivery date.
Order cancellation — The Company reserves the right to cancel an order in cases where shipping to the destination country is not possible due to operational, regulatory, security, or other reasons beyond the Company's control. In such cases, the customer will receive a full refund of any amount paid, subject to applicable law.
